Cranberry French Toast

French Toast is my favorite breakfast of all time. Especially when it is made with a delicious bread. I used the Cranberry bread I made recently to make this french toast and it was heavenly. Combined with whipped almond cinnamon cream cheese and real maple syrup it is even better.

Beat the eggs to nice froth, cut bread 1 inch thick. Soak bread in egg for 30 seconds this allows the egg to go throughout the bread. Place bread slices on medium griddle sprayed with non sick cooking spray. Cook until bottom is lightly browned, flip and cook until this side is brown. A medium setting works best, this prevents the outer side from cooking too fast and leaving the inside still eggy. Nobody likes a soggy french toast.

Top with butter or whipped almond cinnamon cream cheese or drizzle with real maple syrup.
