Roasted Vegetables

Fresh Roasted vegetables begin with fresh vegetables of course. This is such an easy addition to fish, chicken, steak, pork, seafood. Basically it will go with just about any meal. You can add more fresh basil for an Italian flair or add some grated ginger and sesame seeds for an Asian flavor, you can even add saffron and curry for and Indian taste, whatever you desire to make it fit the cuisine you are serving.

Choose your vegetables

peppers, onions, carrots, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower,

brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms, green beans

Pretty much whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Step 1

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning and 2 cloves of crushed garlic, in a 9×13 baking dish.

Step 2

Cut vegetable into large uniform pieces about 2 inches or large bite size.

Step 3

Toss with oil and seasoning, coat evenly. You may need to add some more oil depending on the amount of vegetables you add. Melted butter can also be added 1-2 teaspoons. Caution however the butter will burn. If you want a buttery flavor add it after the cooking process.

Step 4

Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes. Stirring at 25 minutes.

Step 5

ENJOY

Toss with 1-2 Tablespoons butter if desired
