Chicken Salad

A classic sandwich spread, or topping for crackers

Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ½ bunch green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup celery chopped small
  • 2 tablespoon almonds sliced or slivered
  • 1 cup of grapes cut in half
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
  1. Combine all ingredients in medium size bowl, separating chicken as you mix. Put on top of toast, crackers or in a sandwich. It is really good on hard rolls sliced in half, sprinkle with cheese and broil under broiler until cheese is melted. Or eat it straight.

  3. Diced eggs, chopped celery and cheese cubes can be added if desired
