Chicken Lo Mein

I have never put this recipe in writing so bear with me. I learned it by watching an Asian-American friend.
1 cup of each julienned carrots, yellow onion, celery, cabbage
2 cloves crushed garlic
3-4 tablespoon olive oil
2 chicken breasts bite size pieces
Low Mein noodles 1 package from Asian store. I like the shrimp flavored ones.

4 cups chicken broth
½ cup oyster sauce
2-4 tablespoon premium soy sauce

In chicken broth cook the noodles about 7 min do not over cook. Drain off remaining broth. They will continue to cook in sauteing process.
Quick fry chicken in 2-3 tablespoon olive oil and 2 cloves crushed garlic, add vegetables, keep vegetables crisp, toss with drained noodles. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce toss well. These are not saucy. The noodles should be slightly dry in appearance.
